Full Bottom Gaylord Box
Double or Triple WallFeaturing a fully closed, sealed bottom panel that distributes weight evenly across the entire base. Full bottom gaylord boxes are the preferred choice for granular materials, powders, small loose parts, and anything that could leak through flap gaps. The sealed bottom also sits more securely on pallets, reducing the risk of shifting during transport.
Half Bottom Gaylord Box
Double Wall (BC Flute)Also known as a two-flap bottom or partial bottom, this style has two overlapping flaps on the bottom instead of a fully sealed base. Half bottom gaylords are lighter and more cost-effective than full bottom styles while still providing adequate support for most medium-weight applications. They fold flat more easily for return shipping and storage.
Octagonal Gaylord Box
Triple Wall (BC Flute)The eight-sided design of octagonal gaylord boxes provides superior structural integrity compared to rectangular styles. The angled corners distribute stacking pressure more evenly, making these boxes ideal for high-stack warehouse environments. They also offer slightly more internal volume than rectangular boxes of the same footprint, and their shape reduces corner damage during handling.
Auto Bottom Gaylord Box

Auto bottom gaylord boxes feature a pre-glued bottom that snaps into place automatically when the box is opened, eliminating the need for tape, staples, or manual folding. Every used gaylord box that enters our facility is inspected by trained professionals and classified using our four-tier grading system. This ensures you always know exactly what condition you are receiving, with no surprises. Our AI-assisted inspection technology provides consistent, objective grading across all five of our facilities nationwide.
Grade A boxes have been used once or twice at most. They show minimal wear with no tears, holes, stains, or structural damage. Print may be present but the box is fully functional and aesthetically clean. These are the closest thing to a new box at a fraction of the cost. Ideal for businesses that need a professional appearance for their outbound shipments or retail-facing operations.
Grade B boxes show moderate signs of use. They may have minor scuffing, light printing from previous use, small repaired areas, or cosmetic blemishes. Structurally, they are fully sound with intact walls, solid flaps, and reliable corners. Grade B is the most popular choice for internal warehouse use, interplant shipments, and applications where function matters more than appearance.
Grade C boxes have been through multiple use cycles and show significant cosmetic wear. They may have tape residue, visible printing, moderate scuffing, or small patched repairs. Despite their appearance, Grade C boxes remain structurally functional for standard-weight applications. They are an excellent budget option for recycling collection, waste stream sorting, internal material handling, and non-shipping storage.
Grade D boxes are at the end of their reuse life. They show heavy wear including significant cosmetic damage, multiple repairs, soft spots, or weakened flaps. Grade D boxes are suitable only for very lightweight contents, single-use applications, or as liners inside more robust containers. They represent the most affordable option and are popular for one-time recycling collection runs and temporary storage solutions.
