Box Pickup
Selling boxes or setting up recycling service? Our trucks come directly to your location to pick up used gaylord boxes. We handle all loading, and our drivers are experienced with dock, ground-level, and forklift-assisted loading procedures. Pickup is free for qualifying quantities.

53-Foot Dry Van Trailers
24 pallets / ~550 boxesOur standard long-haul trailers carry up to 24 pallets of gaylord boxes per load. Enclosed trailers protect boxes from weather and road debris during transit. Used for full truckload shipments across all regions.
48-Foot Flatbed Trailers
22 pallets / ~500 boxesFlatbed trailers are used for oversized or non-standard box shipments that do not fit efficiently in enclosed trailers. Loads are tarped and secured for weather protection. Available for both delivery and pickup operations.
26-Foot Box Trucks
12 pallets / ~275 boxesOur medium-duty box trucks handle local and regional deliveries where a full semi-trailer is not necessary or practical. These trucks can access tighter loading areas, smaller docks, and locations with height restrictions that exclude full-size trailers.
Sprinter Vans
2 pallets / ~50 boxesFor small rush orders and sample deliveries, our sprinter vans provide fast, efficient service. Ideal for delivering small quantities of boxes to businesses that need them urgently or for initial sample shipments before committing to a larger order.

Same-Day Service
Mon-Fri, request by 10 AMFor urgent needs, same-day pickup and delivery is available within a 100-mile radius of our five facility locations. Submit your request before 10:00 AM local time and our dispatch team will coordinate a truck for the same business day. Rush surcharges apply.
Next-Day Service
Mon-Sat, request by 3 PMNext-business-day pickup or delivery is available for most locations within 250 miles of our facilities. This is our most popular expedited option, offering fast turnaround without the premium of same-day service.
Scheduled Service
Mon-Sat, book in advancePlan your pickup or delivery for a specific date and time window. Scheduled service is available up to 30 days in advance and is the most cost-effective option for non-urgent shipments. Two-hour arrival windows ensure you know when to expect us.
Recurring Service
Custom cadence, fully automatedSet up automatic recurring pickups or deliveries on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cadence. Your schedule is locked in, your driver is assigned, and everything runs on autopilot. The most hands-off option for regular box needs.
